Adjustable Bench + Storage

An adjustable bench with onboard storage built right into the frame — bench and dumbbell rack in a single footprint. The adjustable back pad pop-pins through the full range from flat through incline so trainees can run flat presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, and supported dumbbell rows from the same station; the fixed seat pad locks the hips in place under load. The centre section between the two end towers carries four saddle cradles for two pairs of dumbbells, so the working dumbbells stay right at the station — no walking back to the dumbbell rack between sets. The two slotted end towers handle accessory storage: side hooks hold bands, straps, attachments, and other small kit within arm's reach, and the perforated tower sides keep the silhouette light against any gym floor. A pop-pin handle on the side drives the angle adjustment under load, and a rear transport wheel rolls the whole unit out of the way when the floor needs to clear.
