Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between We Do Gyms Ltd. ("We Do Gyms", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual or organization ("you" or "the client") who engages our services. By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

We Do Gyms provides custom home and commercial gym design, equipment sourcing, delivery, and installation services within British Columbia. All builds are quoted individually following a design consultation. No pricing is published. All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Payment is structured in two stages:

• Deposit: 50% of the equipment total is due upon approval of the quote. This initiates production. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance: The remaining equipment balance plus all shipping and installation costs is due once the order ships from our manufacturing facility.

Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, wire transfer, and financing (available upon request). Production does not begin until the deposit is received and cleared.

Your order is confirmed when we receive your signed quote approval and deposit payment. At that point, your equipment enters production. Changes to the order after this point are not possible, as all items are manufactured to specification.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any stage after the deposit is made.

A delivery and installation estimated date will be provided after your final payment is received. We Do Gyms will communicate with you throughout the process. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or conditions outside our control.

As your delivery and installation date approaches, we will reach out to confirm your availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

We Do Gyms is responsible for equipment defects and damage caused during delivery or installation that is directly attributable to our team. Our liability in these cases is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected items at our discretion.

We Do Gyms is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of equipment following installation. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of all installed equipment.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
