We Do Gyms delivers and installs throughout the Lower Mainland, Sea-to-Sky Corridor, and Okanagan. Projects outside these regions are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@wedocustomgyms.com to confirm availability for your location.

Full-service delivery and installation is our standard offering. Curbside delivery is available upon request for clients who prefer to arrange their own handling. This option must be confirmed in writing prior to your order being placed.

From production to delivery and installation, the typical project timeline is 7 to 10 weeks. Lead times may vary based on order complexity and logistics conditions at the time of your build.

Upon receiving your equipment, please inspect all items carefully. If you identify any damage, notify us in writing at info@wedocustomgyms.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
