Residential builds start at $15,000 for equipment. Most projects land between $15,000 and $50,000 depending on room size and what you want in it. A Smith machine, dual cable columns, and full dumbbell rack push the total up; a lean rack-and-cable setup keeps it near the floor. You get a written itemized quote after the free consultation.
Seven to ten weeks from quote approval to install day. About six weeks of that is manufacturer production on your equipment; the rest is shipping and scheduling install. The consultation itself is a 30-minute call, and we respond to inquiries within one business day.
We install across Metro Vancouver (Vancouver, North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey), the Fraser Valley (Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack), up Highway 99 to Squamish and Whistler, and out to Kelowna in the Okanagan. Every install includes our own crew driving to the address. No third-party freight, no local sub-contracted assembly.
We handle everything: design, direct manufacturer sourcing, delivery, and installation. One contract, one point of contact from the first call through the day the last mirror goes on the wall. You don't coordinate with a freight company, an installer, or a separate equipment vendor.
No. The 30-minute consultation is free and no-obligation. If the numbers don't work or the timing isn't right, that's fine. You're not signed up for anything by booking a call. A 50% deposit is only required if you approve a written quote and want to move forward.
It depends on how much coordination and freight you want to handle yourself. Buying piecemeal from retail can save on equipment cost if you have the time to research, order, receive, and assemble everything, and if you know how much space each piece needs. Our clients typically pay to skip that. They get a room designed to work as a whole, sourced direct from a commercial manufacturer, and installed in a single day.
