Every We Do Gyms build is manufactured to order. All sales are final.
A deposit is required to initiate your project. Once your deposit is paid, your order enters production and the deposit is non-refundable. We encourage you to raise any questions during the consultation and design approval process before confirming your order.
If equipment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, the resolution may include replacement or a refund.
Defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To report a defective item, email info@wedocustomgyms.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
