Warranty.

Every piece is backed by its manufacturer warranty. Here's the short version.

All WE DO GYMS equipment is covered by its manufacturer warranty. Coverage varies by piece and is confirmed in your project documentation at delivery.

If something goes wrong (a defect, a malfunction, anything that shouldn't happen with normal use), contact us at info@wedocustomgyms.com or 888-688-3998. We coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer directly so you don't have to.

Routine wear, cosmetic damage, and damage from misuse are not covered, but we're happy to advise on repairs or replacement parts.
