Barbell Preacher Curl Bench

A commercial barbell preacher curl bench with integrated J-hook bar holders — a dedicated biceps isolation station with the bar racked right where it's needed. Twin sets of J-hooks on both sides of the wide angled arm pad hold a loaded curl bar at the perfect unrack height, so the trainee can step in, grip the bar, lift it off the hooks, and start the set without breaking position. The wide arm pad accepts narrow, standard, or wide grips and supports the upper arms through a strict full-range preacher curl path; the contoured flat seat anchors the trainee for long sets. Heavy box-frame base with welded gusset bracing and bolt-down footplates keeps the bench planted under heavy unrack and re-rack motion. Black powder-coat finish on the frame, abrasion-resistant upholstery on the pads.
