Free-Weight Shoulder Press

A seated free-weight shoulder press station built for serious overhead barbell work — military presses, seated shoulder presses, and behind-the-neck variations all from one rigid station. Two pairs of vertical uprights flank the seat with three-position J-hook cradles per side, giving the trainee a repeatable unrack height regardless of arm length and a safe re-rack target at the end of every set. The tall split back-support pad (upper-back and mid-back sections) anchors the spine against the press so the lifter can drive heavy weight without losing position; the contoured seat keeps the hips locked into the back pad. The wide twin-column base bolts flat to the floor and resists any front-to-back rocking even under maximal overhead loads — critical when the bar is over the head. The free-standing pressing zone leaves the bar path completely clear so trainees can press straight up without bumping the rack frame. Black powder-coat finish on the entire station. Built for serious commercial floors, performance centres, and strength-focused studios that program heavy seated overhead pressing as a primary lift.
