Hex Trap Bar

A hex-shaped trap bar with raised handles — designed for deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer's walks with the load centred around the trainee instead of in front of them. Reduces lower-back load compared to a straight-bar deadlift while still letting the trainee push true heavy weight. Olympic 50mm sleeves accept any plate.
