Linear Hack Squat
A plate-loaded linear hack squat built for heavy lower-body work with a long, smooth load path. The trainee lies back against the angled sled with shoulders under the pads and feet planted on the foot platform, then drives the sled forward — loading the quads, glutes, and hamstrings through a deep range without spinal compression. The horizontal sled design lets trainees push from a stable position with less balance demand than an upright hack squat, making it ideal for high-volume hypertrophy work or single-leg variations. Multiple Olympic plate horns make loading fast and balanced. Built for facilities that want a serious leg station that handles heavy weight and high reps with equal ease.
