Plate-Loaded Low Row

A plate-loaded low row built around a heavy A-frame structure with dual independent pull arms for serious back-thickness work. The trainee sits with chest against the angled support pad, feet planted on the foot platform, then pulls the handles through a low-arc rowing motion — hitting the mid-back, rhomboids, and rear delts from an angle that conventional rows miss. Each arm operates independently, correcting strength imbalances and pulling through a full range without the weaker side capping the lift. The A-frame geometry stays rock-solid under heavy load; multiple plate horns make loading fast and balanced. Built for facilities that want a heavy plate-loaded rowing station with a distinct pulling angle for complete back development.
