Split twin hip pads centre the lifter on the pivot and let the hips rotate freely through the full range without the binding that single-pad designs create on bigger frames; twin padded foot anchor rollers with the side cross-handle lock the legs down securely for weighted variations. The side grab/transport handle doubles as a stability bar and a tow handle for moving the unit between sets or rooms; stepped foot platforms at the base give the trainee a stable mounting surface to step into position.
