A selectorized pec fly and rear delt combo built to cover two essential isolation movements from a single station. The reversible arms set to either forward-fly position (squeezing the arms together to isolate the chest) or backward-pull position (sweeping the arms apart to isolate the rear delts and upper back). Switching between the two takes seconds — the multi-position discs at the top let trainees flow through complete chest and back-of-shoulder work without changing stations. The seated supported position eliminates momentum and forces clean strict isolation on both movements; the selectorized weight stack makes load changes instant.
