Spring-Assist Adjustable Bench

A heavy commercial adjustable bench built around a counterbalance spring mechanism that takes the weight out of back-pad adjustment — drop the yellow release handle, lift the pad to angle, drop it in the notch, lock it in. No more wrestling a heavy back pad through every set change. The back pad pop-pins through the full range from flat through 85-degree near-upright; the seat pad independently tilts so the lifter's hips stay locked in position regardless of back-pad angle, eliminating the slide-forward problem that plagues simpler fixed-seat designs. The notched ladder pattern on both pad linkages keeps every angle repeatable; the heavy single-tube base with extended rear stabiliser stays planted under maximal pressing. A foot anchor pad at the front-right holds the trainee in place for declined or steep-incline pressing variations; the rear transport mechanism lets staff roll the bench out of the way without lifting.
