Standard Decline Bench Press
A standard decline bench press station built around two welded vertical uprights with three fixed J-hook cradle positions per side, paired with a fixed decline pad and padded foot anchor rollers — a dedicated station for lower-chest barbell pressing. The fixed three-position uprights cover the unrack height range for short, average, and tall lifters; the decline pad sits at a true decline-press angle that targets the lower chest and triceps hard while keeping the lifter's back in a safe position. Twin padded foot anchor rollers with the cross-handle lock the legs down securely so the trainee can drive heavy presses without sliding off the pad; the contoured thigh roller keeps the legs bent at the right angle for stability. Welded angle braces tie the uprights into the rack base for a single rigid structure that doesn't shift under heavy presses. Wide bolt-down feet plant the whole station flat to the floor under maximal pressing and dumped barbells. Built for studios, performance centres, and serious commercial floors that want a dedicated decline pressing station — pairs naturally with the Standard Flat and Standard Incline Bench Press for a complete barbell chest setup.
