Standard Incline Bench Press

A standard incline bench press station built around two welded vertical uprights with three fixed J-hook cradle positions per side, paired with an adjustable FID bench inside the cage — a clean barbell incline pressing station with the flexibility of a moveable bench. The fixed three-position uprights cover the unrack height range for short, average, and tall lifters without the cost or complexity of adjustable J-hooks; the adjustable inner bench pop-pins from flat through full incline so the same station handles flat presses, incline presses, and shoulder presses depending on the bench setting. Welded angle braces tie the uprights into the rack base for a single rigid structure that doesn't shift under heavy presses. The bench rolls in and out for cleaning or to swap with a different bench style if needed. Wide bolt-down feet plant the whole station flat to the floor through aggressive pressing and dumped barbells. Built for studios, performance centres, and serious home gyms that want a no-nonsense barbell pressing station that handles every chest and shoulder angle from a single footprint — simpler and more cost-effective than the Olympic or competition designs while still covering the full pressing programme.
